debug.log file on your desktop

I recently noticed a file called debug.log appearing on my desktop. Even after deleting it, it kept coming back again when i opened Internet Explorer. First i thought it had something to do with IE but after doing some research i found that it was because of the Google Talk plugin that i installed for Internet Explorer to make calls from gtalk. After uninstalling the plugin i didn't see the file appear again so it seems to be a bug in the google talk plugin. Here is a thread in the Google support forum regarding this.
